These workshops are about more than learning how to paint. They’re about giving yourself permission to play, to experiment, and to make space for whatever happens — on the paper and, more importantly — within you.

Watercolor has its quiet way of teaching us to let go. It flows, blends, surprises. It asks us to respond, not control. And in that, it becomes a practice of presence — of being with the moment as it is.

This is your space to explore without expectations. To witness frustration and joy, side by side. To watch how water and color mix in ways you didn’t plan, and maybe even fall in love with the unexpected.

Yes, you’ll create something tangible. But more importantly, you’ll experience a way of creating that’s kind, honest, and grounding.

Who is it for?

The process of painting is all about us — being present and focused.

Everyone is welcome — especially if you think you’re not creative or can’t paint. There’s no pressure to get it right here. Just come as you are.

Materials are included. You’ll leave with your own paintings — and maybe a little more softness toward yourself.

  • Corporate workshops, on-site

    Bring a breath of calm into your workplace with a watercolor session designed to relieve stress, spark creativity, and support well-being. These shorter, in-office workshops require minimal setup and no prior experience.

    Participants are invited to slow down and explore the meditative process of painting — a gentle break from screen time and performance pressure. Ideal for team-building, wellness days, or as a unique way to support mental health at work.

    Each session is adapted to your team's size and needs, creating a relaxed space for presence and play.

  • Community workshops, on site

    These longer, on-site workshops are perfect for groups seeking a meaningful, relaxed shared experience — whether it’s a mindfulness group, a birthday or bachelorette celebration, a creative meetup, or a senior community event.

    Together, we’ll create a space that balances playfulness with presence, using watercolor as a gentle medium for self-expression.
    No experience is needed — just curiosity and openness. The pace is slow, the atmosphere welcoming, and the focus is on the joy of the process, not the final result.

    Workshops can be held at your location and tailored to the needs of your group.

  • Individual workshops, online

    Take a moment just for yourself — wherever you are. These 1:1 online sessions are a chance to explore watercolor painting in a quiet, supportive setting.

    We focus on mindfulness and creative freedom, without pressure to perform or produce a perfect outcome. Ideal for anyone looking to reconnect with creativity, process emotions through art, or discover the meditative flow of watercolor.

    The session can be fully customized — whether you’d like gentle guidance, playful exploration, or simply someone to paint alongside in companionable silence.

    Before the workshop I will send over the list of recommended products via e-mail. There is also an option to purchase a Workshop package with all needed materials, delivered to you (which may make more or less sense depending on your location).

    I also recommend this workshop option as an original gift idea for your close ones  :) Together with a Workshop package, I then send over a gift card with a personalized invitation to the meeting.
