Return Policy 

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send an email to: contact@aleksandrasznapka.com, informing about the withdrawal.

The product should be returned to the following address:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date the returned shipment is received.

Conditions:

• The product must not show signs of use.

• The consumer bears the costs of return shipping.
