Sales are conducted by a private individual not running a business activity, on the basis of occasional private sales.

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for making purchases in the online store, the rights and obligations of the parties to the transaction, and the rules for data processing.


§2. Store Offer

The store mainly offers original paintings (watercolors) and other original products.

Product prices are listed in Polish zlotys (PLN) and include all applicable taxes.

Products are available while supplies last. The seller reserves the right to withdraw any product at any time.

Special orders (custom paintings) are placed via the contact form and are not handled through the online store system.


§3. Payments

Available payment methods:

  • PayPal

  • Shopify Payments (including credit cards, BLIK, etc.)

The order is processed after the payment has been received.


§4. Delivery

Shipping is carried out as follows:

  • Within Poland: InPost Parcel Lockers or InPost courier – cost, regardless of package size, is 20 PLN.

  • Within Europe: InPost courier or Pocztex – cost depends on package dimensions and chosen options (e.g., "Handle with Care" option in Pocztex service), ranging from 45 to 65 PLN.

  • Outside Europe: cost determined individually based on address and package dimensions, after confirmation of details by email.

The shipping time usually takes 2–5 business days from payment confirmation.

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties and import taxes on international shipments.

Free shipping is available for orders exceeding the following amounts:

  • Within Poland: over 350 PLN

  • Within Europe: over 500 PLN


§5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send an email to: contact@aleksandrasznapka.com, informing about the withdrawal from the contract.

Refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned shipment.

Conditions:

  • The product must not show signs of use.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.


§6. Complaints

If the product was damaged during transport or does not correspond to the description, please contact us by email with photos of the damage.

We will jointly determine a possible solution (exchange, partial refund, or full refund).


§7. Copyright

All works and content published in the store are protected by copyright law.

Aleksandra Sznapka reserves the right to reproduce sold works.
None of the works may be reproduced, copied, or used without the written consent of the artist.


§8. Newsletter and Promotions

Users may subscribe to the newsletter and receive a one-time 20% discount code for their first purchase.

Subscription to the newsletter is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.


§9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. The new version will be published on the store website and will come into effect on the day of announcement.

Orders placed before the change will be governed by the version in effect on the day of purchase.


§10. Final Provisions

In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 shall apply.
