Tangled weed

Inspiration:
The overlooked, modest weeds, the ones that grow in front of the building walls, besides the sidewalk, in less prominent neighbourhoods.

Painting it, was one of the moments of me being relaxed and just going with the flow. Very dynamic, created with intuitive movements, it became a kind of benchmark for my future work, as the process and the state of mind that facilitates it, are at least as important as the final outcome.

Technical information:
Original watercolor painting on high quality watercolor paper, 21x29 cm. Painting comes unframed.

I add photos of the framed painting in the natural light, so it is easier to picture them in the interior. However, please consider that colors will appear different from screen to screen, they also vary depending on the light setup and will present differently in the frame of your choice :)

Note: As I never waste a sheet of paper, sometimes the other side of the painting may feature splashes of paint or even another painting, one deemed by myself for some reason too imperfect (that’s quite cruel but it happens)
