Sicilian Matthiola

Inspiration:
The pink-petaled plant, probably some kind of Matthiola that I have encountered during my trip to Sicily this year. Check out my instagram to see the video with a process behind it 🌿

Technical information:
Original watercolor painting on high quality watercolor paper, 21x29 cm. Painting comes unframed.

Images:
I add photos of the framed painting in the natural light, so it is easier to picture them in the interior. However, please consider that colors will appear different from screen to screen, they also vary depending on the light setup and will present differently in the frame of your choice :)

Note: As I never waste a sheet of paper, sometimes the other side of the painting may feature splashes of paint or even another painting, one deemed by myself for some reason too imperfect (that’s quite cruel but it happens)
